Just wanted to say thank you for the friendly help and professional delivery from your driver David. Despite or tight driveway David had no issues where most people making deliveries to our house flap like a flock of geese.

Bought a large bag of woodchips and soil improver mulch for allotment garden at the end of year (2024) in order to put the garden to bed for winter. It was a great decision. The mulch kept weeds completely at bay in the growing beds and the woodchips kept the paths free of weeds for months. The delivery driver was really kind. She craned both bags directly into my allotment plot and was careful not to damage existing plants.

We are really pleased with the large mulch bag delivery by Neil of Aspley Farm… we had an interesting chat, seems that the company is very well run and looks after both it’s products and it’s staff. It was delivered in an impressive truck with cantilevered crane.
Previously, to stop weeds, we used weed fabric covered with bark… but although it looks good, it does not improve the soil and health of plants… so, this year, after neighbours recommended Aspley Farm mulch, we we’ve bought a large bag and spread it across several beds to a depth of about 3″. Logically, it should be better… it certainly looks the part.

Just a quick email following my telephone conversation with Tom to say how pleased we were with our mulch delivery just now.

Your driver John did a great job reversing up our slightly tricky driveway and positioned the bags perfectly. He was polite, good humoured and a pleasure to talk to.

How much easier it is to move the bag to the exact spot required using a lorry with a crane fitted.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, with call and text updates with regards to delivery. My order arrived quickly, and by a friendly and polite delivery driver (Neil). Product itself looks great- I was recommended this company and can see why!

I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my delivery today to my allotment plot. Harry was professional,on time, and is a real asset to the Apsley Farm team. My plot is a tight squeeze filled with perennial plants so it would be a difficult delivery. But he was able to place the bag exactly where I wanted and without squashing any plants or fixtures. He was absolutely amazing.
