Have bought two loads of soil improver from here. Great product. Rapid delivery and the guys that drive the trucks and deliver the bags are expert at what they do. Recommend them 👍

This was my first delivery of the mulch but I’ve just ordered another. It’s made my borders and veg patch look very neat plus I know it’s doing the soil the power of good too.

Bought a large bag of woodchips and soil improver mulch for allotment garden at the end of year (2024) in order to put the garden to bed for winter. It was a great decision. The mulch kept weeds completely at bay in the growing beds and the woodchips kept the paths free of weeds for months. The delivery driver was really kind. She craned both bags directly into my allotment plot and was careful not to damage existing plants.

We are really pleased with the large mulch bag delivery by Neil of Aspley Farm… we had an interesting chat, seems that the company is very well run and looks after both it’s products and it’s staff. It was delivered in an impressive truck with cantilevered crane.
Previously, to stop weeds, we used weed fabric covered with bark… but although it looks good, it does not improve the soil and health of plants… so, this year, after neighbours recommended Aspley Farm mulch, we we’ve bought a large bag and spread it across several beds to a depth of about 3″. Logically, it should be better… it certainly looks the part.

This large bag of delicious mulch is a real winner at all times of the year, but especially in the winter months when it’s best applied following the end of the autumn displays, to be ready for the coming spring. Simply order, open, apply and then sit back to await the splendid results. You could say that it’s truly a ‘Man-bag for all seasons’ and when applied ‘deep & crisp and even’ it removes the need to ‘hoe hoe hoe’ throughout the Christmas period. A real Christmas Cracker….!! (groan!)
