I have a long garden, so was anxious to have my mulch bags delivered to the back rather than the front to avoid having to move all the mulch all the whole length of the garden. This involved going to a different address and lifting the bags over my rear garden fence from a neighbour’s drive. When the driver arrived he had been well briefed, knew exactly what was expected, and it all worked perfectly, with me standing on a ladder against the fence to direct operations because he couldn’t see where the bags were going. A very quick and smooth operation – so much so that the neighbour in question didn’t even notice!
