This large bag of delicious mulch is a real winner at all times of the year, but especially in the winter months when it’s best applied following the end of the autumn displays, to be ready for the coming spring. Simply order, open, apply and then sit back to await the splendid results. You could say that it’s truly a ‘Man-bag for all seasons’ and when applied ‘deep & crisp and even’ it removes the need to ‘hoe hoe hoe’ throughout the Christmas period. A real Christmas Cracker....!! (groan!)

Apsley Farm Mulch is proving popular at my allotment in Southampton. It helps to replenish soil fertility and give a good crop of food and veg. I have been using it regularly in the garden too - if you have not tried it yet, give it a go.

Fabulous.
It's light so easy to heft around the garden. The fibrous texture makes it easy to spread around the flower beds.
The worms love it and I'm convinced of the positive improvements to my soil.
This is the second year I've used it, both times the deliveries have been prompt (the bulk bags are perfect for my leaf mulching storage).

I use Apsley mulch on my allotment and it is really helping to breakdown the clay soil. I have had great produce with some giant vegetables and flowers that bloomed strongly all summer. Would highly recommend.

We are first time users of their mulch which is excellent. The delivery driver was very polite, friendly and was helpful in ensuring the mulch didn’t block our driveway. The bags were very full and are excellent value for money. I would highly recommend their product.

Got a few big bags for my allotment. Spreads easily and suppressed the weeds. Also, reduced evaporation of water in the soil so I needed to water less.

The nutritional benefits of Apsley Farms’ gardening products
Our garden mulch soil improver and natural plant food contain the top three nutrients to promote healthy plant growth. These nutrients are:
- Nitrogen (N) – is needed to form young leaves and shoots and helps promote plant growth
- Phosphorus (P) – provides strong roots, root growth and helps with the ripening and yield of fruit.
- Potassium (K) – promotes the movement of water, nutrients and carbohydrates in plant tissue. Potassium promotes the enzyme ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) to regulate photosynthesis
